3-star gîte for 2 to 6 guests, 65 m², adjoining the owners’ house but separated by an 80 cm thick wall—so you can make noise! Private entrance and terrace on the opposite side from the owners. Inside, you’ll find a living area with a lounge corner and sofa bed, TV, dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, solid oak table and benches. One bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom with shower, double sinks, and toilet. A fully secure mezzanine offers two single beds (90 cm). Extra bed and baby equipment available on request. Amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, TV, DVD player, children’s games and DVDs, baby gear (cot, high chair, potty, bath, toys), Wi-Fi, ironing equipment, hairdryer, fondue and raclette sets. Perfect for families or couples—or both! Enjoy the 5 x 10 m covered pool (can be opened), heated by heat pump from mid-April to mid-October (weather permitting). Take advantage of the 3,300 m² first-category pond, with "no kill" fishing (pike, carp, roach, gudgeon) and boat rides. Access to the pond and pool is fully secured for children. A 72 m² games room with ping-pong, foosball, pool table, gym equipment, electronic darts, and bar is available upstairs in a barn near the pool. A semi-open shelter features a 6-person SPA and sauna with pond view, plus shower and toilet.
